Our ftp server is not functioning, but I'd be glad to email you a copy of the handout for your event, as promised. Please email me your name, affiliation, and email address, and I will send you the handout, which will be about 1 megabyte in size. I am working on the handout this weekend (7/10/04) and it should be ready by Monday. I apologize to those of you who have already contacted us. As I mentioned onstage, after your event I had other work, culminating in my appearance at the Lake George area Paul Newman Hole-In-The-Woods Camp for kids with AIDS and cancer on Thursday. I taught about 150 kids and counselors to blow their blues away. Not as organized a group as yours, but enthusiastic and lots of fun! Thank you again for honoring me with the gift of your attention.
