On Psychology and Health
The Three Minute Meditator

This book, now in its fifth revised edition, was co-authored by David's beloved twin sister, Dr. Nina Smiley, a Princeton-trained experimental psychologist. It is based on a synthesis of one hundred and fifty cognitive psychology methodologies, that is, methods for teaching people to deal more skillfully with their thoughts and emotions, and is considered by many to be the most user-friendly book ever created on this crucial but complex subject.

It provides a dogma-free, low-jargon, approach to the care and training of the human mind. The exercises are intended to be integrated directly into the fabric of daily life, so that the user does them while walking, working, eating, or driving.

(3MM-B5) English Language Edition, 256 pages, 6" x 9" Book, $14.95.

Each day features a short written section, plus a few short exercises. As with The Three Minute Meditator, upon which the program is based, the exercises are meant to be done while cooking or commuting, working or riding.

How to Fight a Cold and Win

An unusual little book on strategies for avoiding the common cold. Based on David's belief in the use of certain formulations of zinc gluconate to block the abiliy of rhinoviruses (the main type of cold germ) to attach themselves to the cells in the back of the throat. Simply written with lots of illustrations, it's a great introduction to virology (the science of viruses and viral transmission of disease) for children or non-scientists.

(COLD) 80 Page Book,
comes with Six Zinc "Cold-Eeze™" Lozenges, Only $6.95.
