TTLT
Tough Times Leadership Training
It's relatively easy to be a leader or to learn to be one when things are going well. That's because a big part of leadership involves motivation: the ability to motivate both oneself, and others. Sure, leaders need good people skills, and creativity, but the former can be learned, and the latter delegated and elicited in others when necessary. But motivation has to exist or be generated within before it can be successfully utilized in the team or the workplace.
And it's easy to be internally motivated and to motivate others when times are good, when the economy is booming, when finding enough qualified employees and managing rapid growth are the biggest problems, and there is discretionary funding available to take risks or to be creative with.
But during tough times, that internal motivation is both crucial, and elusive. David's TTLT program will help you and your managers build the Mental Muscle necessary to become and stay motivated while reducing stress and negativity, no matter what's going on economically.
This program has been developed from David's many years of work with change management, leadership, and negativity in the workplace, and is based on earlier presentations such as "Change without Crisis," "How to See It Coming, Before It Hits the Fan," and "Misery Loves Companies."
